Call first!! It is a good idea to confirm that your vehicle was
towed by calling the local law enforcement number located on the
tow sign at the entrance to the property. In the event that it was

vehicle owners must bring photo ID and have registration that
matches owner name.
(A vehicle can be released to a third party only with a notarized
authorization from the registered owner.)

Yes! Once you have tagged the vehicle in question wth a violation
notice and 96 hours has elapsed. The exception to the rule is if
the vehicle lacks any major parts or equipment necessary to operate
safely on the highway then you may legally remove the vehicle 24
hours after it has been tagged with a violation notice.

Generally the towing company does this within one hour after the
vehicle has been towed.
Property Owners or agents - Managers, tenants, leasers of assigned
parking, or security officers, must be present in most cases to
legally authorize tow-aways. Fire Lane/ Hydrant and disabled parking
violations can be monitored and removed 24 hrs a day.

Absolutely, this is an area that most properties neglect. Any vendor

Million Dollars minimum in liability insurance.
